I've spent my life navigating the trails between these different roles - balancing the demands of a career with my duties as a father and my commitment to a life of service and adventure. It's not always an easy path.

That's why I created The Compass - a practical field guide for others like me. It’s the system I built to find direction and purpose, and I want to share it with you.
